I had a horrible experience. I paid for my dress in full Aug 07 and have barely received my dress four weeks before wedding date. I even had to pick my dress up from a lawyer's office (that should speak for itself). The veil I received was not the veil I ordered and the owner would not order me a new veil, he offered me store display that came with missing beading and a hole for the same price i paid for new a one. I believe the reason I was able to get my dress is because the dress designer manufacturer was involved and a lawyer. Anyone who has payed this store any money for a dress, I wish you all the luck in the world on receiving a new dress. I beg all readers to spread the word the horrible business from this store. Had I known to research prior or if I had read all the bad reviews I would have gone somewhere else.

They will take your money, act like they will be so flexible if you change your mind, then if you do, they tell you too bad and they keep your money. They stopped taking credit cards because people were reversing their charges with their credit card company cuz Bridal Couture wouldn't refund deposits when dresses were screwed up...that should tell you something. How can an expensive bridal salon operate without a credit card machine or use of a computer to track all their orders?
